As we enter 2012, I dedicate this creation to the Mayan Goddess Ixchel. Her story is very interesting and you can research her on the internet if you want to know all about her. She is said to have come from the Riviera Maya and is the Goddess of the moon, the earth, fertility, water and harvest. She has a pet dragonfly, and is said to shapeshift into a jaguar. Check out the photo set on Google Pages for close up details of the jewellery.
